EX MACELLO CLASSROOM

The “EX MACELLO” multi-functional centre managed by Ser.In.Ar. is a modern conference room which can host educational activities including training courses, master degree courses, conferences and seminars. It can be organized according to the desired use, for example, exhibitions and expositions can be set up or it can be used for cultural activities such as in-person lectures, wine-tasting, didactic laboratories, etc.

Conference Room
The centre is equipped with a large conference room seating 95, with a maximum capacity of 120 persons. The room has audio-video equipment for the project of presentations, films, etc. and for audio and video recording of events, with the following equipment:

  • HD and DVD digital videorecorder
  • 4 microphones fixed to the head table
  • 2 multi-frequency radio microphones
  • 2 monitors to view presenters
  • Screen for motorized projections
  • Multimedia videoprojector
  • USB and SD card audio recorder
  • Video camera and control monitor
  • Possibility to connect a laptop computer with HDMI cable (+ DVI-HDMI adaptor) or VGA cable

The room also has a professional wireless network ensuring a stable and fast internet connection.

How to get to the Centro Polifunzionale (Multi-Functional Centre)
“EX MACELLO”

(Via Mulini, 25 – CESENA, in the courtyard of the city’s old slaughterhouse).

By train:
Upon exiting the Cesena train station take one of the following buses: No. 13 in the direction of Tipano, No. 41 in the direction of S. Andrea in Bagnolo, or No. 92 in the direction of Forlì; get off at the Porta Trova stop (via dei Mulini 16).

By car:
Motorway Bologna – Ancona (A-14): take the “Cesena” exit and follow the signs for the city centre. After 4 km, at the roundabout turn left onto via Altiero Spinelli, cross the J.F. Kennedy overpass and proceed on via B. Croce, then turn left onto Corso Cavour; at the traffic light, turn right onto Viale Bovio, proceed to the Panathlon roundabout, turn left onto Viale Rasi e Spinelli then, at the traffic light, turn right onto via dei Mulini. EX MACELLO is immediately after the intersection on the left.

From the E45 highway: Take the exit “Cesena Secante” and proceed towards the city centre, entering the Secante (bypass). Take exit no. 5, at the roundabout take the first exit on the right and proceed to the Panathlon roundabout; continue straight onto Viale Rasi e Spinelli then, at the traffic light, turn right onto via dei Mulini. EX MACELLO is immediately after the intersection on the left.

From Forlì (via Emilia, Emilia road): immediately after the bridge Ponte del Risorgimento (usually named Ponte Nuovo) turn left onto via Zuccherificio. At the next traffic light, turn right onto via Machiavelli and, at the “dei Mulini” roundabout, take the second right onto via Mulini. EX MACELLO is just a few metres farther on the right.

From Rimini (Emilia road): proceed along the Emilia road, until you reach the Panathlon roundabout, then turn left onto Viale Rasi e Spinelli and, at the traffic light, turn right onto via dei Mulini. EX MACELLO is immediately after the intersection on the left.
