Shareholders

Ser.In.Ar. was established on June 2, 1988.

It was founded by the Municipality of Forlì, the Municipality of Cesena, the Chamber of Commerce of Forlì-Cesena, the Cassa dei Risparmi (Savings Bank) of Forlì, the Cassa di Risparmio (Savings Bank) of Cesena and the Provincial Government of Forlì-Cesena.

The university did not become a shareholder but, according to the statutes, it retains a place as member of the board of directors.

Subsequently, the Emilia-Romagna Region joined (and later resigned), the Municipality of Bertinoro (later resigned), the Municipality of Predappio and the Foundations of the Casse di Risparmio of Forlì and Cesena in place of the Casse di Risparmio.

Currently the Board of Directors is composed of 5 members. The Board of Statutory Auditors is composed of 3 members and the External Audit is assigned to an Auditor.
